Bus
From Sembawang MRT Station, head to the bus stop located outside the station. Take bus number 859 towards Sembawang Bus Interchange. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the Sembawang Bus Interchange. From there, transfer to bus number 169 and continue your journey for around 30 minutes. Disembark at the stop for Kota Tinggi, which is close to the Desaru Fruit Farm.

Start at Sembawang MRT Station. Take the MRT towards Marina South Pier and transfer at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to the North South Line. Continue your journey towards Johor Bahru. Once you arrive at Johor Bahru, take bus number 1 from Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal. Ride this bus until you reach Kota Tinggi. From there, you may need to take a taxi or local transport to reach Desaru Fruit Farm.
