    If you are currently at Sentosa Island, start by heading towards the Sentosa Express Monorail station. Take the monorail to Beach Station. From Beach Station, follow the signs to the Sentosa Boardwalk and exit onto the mainland. Once you are on the mainland, you can walk towards the HarbourFront MRT Station. From there, take the North East Line towards Punggol and alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Finally, transfer to the Circle Line and alight at the Esplanade MRT Station. The Former City Hall is a short 10-minute walk from the Esplanade MRT exit.
