If you are traveling by car, start from the main town in Drakensberg, such as Bergville or Winterton. Head south on the R600 road towards the Drakensberg mountains. Follow the road for approximately 30 km until you reach the entrance to the Royal Natal National Park. There is an entrance fee of around R50 per vehicle, which you will need to pay at the gate. Once inside the park, follow the signs toward the hiking trails leading to Sleeping Beauty Cave. The cave is approximately a 2-3 hour hike from the parking area, so be sure to wear comfortable hiking shoes and bring plenty of water.
