Car
Assuming you are starting from the main park entrance of Royal Natal National Park, drive along the R74 road towards the town of Bergville. Continue on this road for approximately 22 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for the R600. Take the R600 towards the border with Lesotho. After about 15 kilometers, you will arrive at the border post where you will need to present your passport and possibly pay a small border crossing fee. Once you cross into Lesotho, continue driving for about 5 kilometers until you reach the coordinates for Tjonono (23WG+W26, Lesotho). The road conditions may vary, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for mountain driving.

Public Transportation
From the Royal Natal National Park, you can take a taxi or shuttle service to Bergville. The taxi ride should take around 30 minutes, and you should expect to pay about R50 to R100 per person. Once in Bergville, you will need to find a local taxi or minibus heading towards the Lesotho border. Be sure to confirm with the driver that they will drop you off at the border post. Upon reaching the border, you will need to walk across and may incur a small crossing fee.
