Head east on Broad Street until you reach East Bay Street. Turn right onto East Bay Street, and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Custom House will be on your left at 200 E Bay St. Look for its distinctive architectural features, which make it a notable landmark in the area.

For those needing public transportation, you can take the CARTA bus service. Locate the nearest bus stop on East Bay Street or King Street. Catch the bus route that heads towards the Waterfront Park area. The fare is approximately $2.00, and you can pay with exact change or a reloadable card. Disembark at the stop closest to East Bay Street. From there, it’s a short 2-minute walk to the Custom House at 200 E Bay St. Just head north on East Bay Street, and you’ll see it on your right.
