Walking
If you are starting from the heart of King Street, head south towards Broad Street. Continue walking straight along King Street for about 0.3 miles (approximately 7 minutes on foot). You will pass several shops and restaurants on your left and right. As you reach the intersection with Broad Street, you will see the historic buildings and the ambiance of the South of Broad neighborhood. Once you reach Broad Street, turn left and walk east for about one block until you reach the intersection with Church Street. Turn right onto Church Street and walk south for about 0.2 miles (approximately 4 minutes). You will soon reach the Miles Brewton House, located at 27 King Street, which will be on your left.

Public Transportation
While public transportation is not typically needed for such a short distance, if you prefer to take a bus, you can catch the DASH shuttle (Downtown Area Shuttle) which operates in downtown Charleston for free. Look for the Blue Line and get off at the 'King & Broad' stop. From there, walk west along Broad Street for about 2 minutes until you reach King Street. Turn right onto King Street, and the Miles Brewton House will be about a block away on your left at 27 King Street.
