Walking
If you are starting from the heart of the King Street Historic District, head east towards E Bay St. You can do this by walking down King Street until you reach the intersection with E Bay St. This should take about 5-10 minutes depending on your exact starting point. Once you reach E Bay St, turn left (north) and continue walking for about 2 blocks. The United States Custom House will be on your right at 200 E Bay St.

Public Transit (Bus)
While walking is the most direct route, you can also take the DASH (Downtown Area Shuttle) bus if you prefer. Look for the nearest DASH stop along King Street. The service is free. Board the bus heading towards the Waterfront Park. Get off at the stop at E Bay St, which is just a block away from the Custom House. From there, walk one block south to reach 200 E Bay St.

Bike Rental
Another option is to rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in the King Street Historic District. After renting a bike, head east on E Bay St. The ride to the United States Custom House should take about 5 minutes. There are bike lanes along the route, making it a safe and enjoyable ride. Make sure to return the bike to the rental shop after your visit.
