Walking
If you are staying near Coligny Beach, start by heading north on South Forest Beach Drive. After about 0.5 miles, take a right onto Pope Avenue. Continue on Pope Avenue for approximately 1 mile until you reach the intersection with William Hilton Parkway (US-278). Cross the highway at the pedestrian crosswalk and continue straight onto Singleton Beach Road. Walk for another 0.5 miles until you reach Starfish Drive. Turn left onto Starfish Drive, and walk for about 0.3 miles; Folly Field Beach Park will be on your right.

Biking
If you have access to a bike, start from the Shelter Cove area. Head south on Shelter Cove Lane, then turn right onto the bike path that runs along the water. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with William Hilton Parkway. Carefully cross the highway to access Singleton Beach Road. Continue biking on Singleton Beach Road for approximately 1 mile. When you reach Starfish Drive, turn right and Folly Field Beach Park will be on your right after about 0.3 miles.
