Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from downtown Spartanburg, head east on East Main Street toward South Church Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with South Pine Street. Turn left onto South Pine Street. After a short walk of approximately 0.3 miles, you will arrive at the entrance of the Wofford College Historic District, located at 429 North Church Street. The historic district is known for its beautiful architecture and serene campus atmosphere.

• Public Transit

  From the Spartanburg Transit Center, take the bus route that heads towards Wofford College. Look for the bus marked with the Wofford College sign and board it. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to the college campus, which is located near the intersection of North Church Street and East Hampton Avenue. From there, walk to the entrance of Wofford College Historic District, which is just a few minutes away.

• Biking

  If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Spartanburg. Head east on East Main Street, then turn left onto South Pine Street. Follow South Pine Street as it leads directly to Wofford College Historic District. The total biking distance is about 1 mile, which should take around 5-10 minutes depending on your pace. There are bike racks available for parking at the entrance of the district.
