If you are driving, start from the entrance of Seoraksan National Park. Follow the signs toward the Ulsanbawi Rock trailhead. The road leading to the parking area is well-marked and is approximately 10 km from the park entrance. Once you reach the parking area, you will find a designated parking lot. Please note that there may be a parking fee of around 3,000 KRW (approximately $2.50) for the day.

To reach Ulsanbawi Rock via public transportation, take a bus to the Seoraksan National Park entrance from Sokcho. The buses run frequently and the fare is about 2,000 KRW (around $1.70). Once you arrive at the park entrance, follow the signs to the Ulsanbawi Rock trailhead, which is about a 1.5 km walk from the entrance. You can also take a taxi from the Sokcho bus terminal directly to the trailhead if you prefer not to walk, which will cost approximately 10,000 KRW (around $8.50).
