From Seoraksan National Park, exit the park and head southeast on the road towards Sokcho. Follow the signs for Sokcho, which will lead you to National Route 7. Continue driving for approximately 30 minutes (about 25 km) until you reach Sokcho. Once you enter the city, follow the signs for 'Sokcho Beach'. You will eventually turn onto Haeoreum-ro, where Sokcho Beach is located at 186 Haeoreum-ro, Joyang-dong. There is parking available near the beach, but be aware that there may be a small fee.

From Seoraksan National Park, you can take a bus to Sokcho. The nearest bus stop is at the park entrance. Look for the bus heading to Sokcho (usually Bus No. 7 or 7-1).
