If you are driving to Myeongdong Street from Gyeonggi Province, start by getting onto the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) towards Seoul. Follow the signs for 'Seoul' and stay on the expressway for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Take the exit towards 'Dongdaemun' and merge onto the Dongdaemun area roads. Continue straight and follow signs directing you to Myeongdong. Parking is limited in the area, so be prepared to park in a nearby garage, which may charge around 2,000 KRW per hour.

Subway
To reach Myeongdong Street via subway, first make your way to the nearest subway station in Gyeonggi Province. Board Line 1 (the dark blue line) and travel towards Seoul Station. At Seoul Station, transfer to Line 4 (the light blue line) heading towards Danggogae. Get off at Myeongdong Station (Exit 6), which is just a short walk from Myeongdong Street. The subway fare is approximately 1,350 KRW one way.

If you prefer taking a bus, find a bus stop in your area that services routes heading towards Seoul. Look for buses that have stops in the Myeongdong area. For example, you can take bus 6015 or 1005-1, which will take you directly to Myeongdong. The fare for the bus is around 1,300 KRW.
