Subway
If you are near a subway station, take Line 5 (the purple line) to Gwanghamun Station. Exit the station through Exit 2. Once you are out, you will see the beautiful Gyeongbokgung Palace. Head east towards the main road and turn left. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Cheonggyecheon Stream. The ruins are located near the stream.

Find a nearby bus stop and take any bus that goes towards Jongno District. You can look for bus numbers such as 1, 2, or 4. Get off at the 'Cheonggyecheon' stop. From there, walk east towards the stream for about 5 minutes. You will see the Seoul Cheonggyecheon Ruins along the waterfront.

If you are staying in the Jongno District, you can walk to the Seoul Cheonggyecheon Ruins. Start from the nearest landmark, such as the Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Walk towards the Cheonggyecheon Stream and follow it westward. The ruins will be visible along the stream, about a 15-minute walk.

If you prefer to take a taxi, simply tell the driver 'Cheonggyecheon Ruins' or provide the address: 270-1 Gwancheol-dong, Jongno District, Seoul. The driver will know the location and it should take approximately 10-15 minutes from central areas.
