Subway
If you are starting from Seoul Station, take Line 4 (the light blue line) towards Danggogae. Get off at the 'Myeongdong Station' (2 stops). Take Exit 6. After exiting, walk straight for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Sogong-ro. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will find the Hwangudan (Wongudan) Altar on your right.

Bus
From 'Myeongdong', take bus number 7022 or 1003 at the 'Myeongdong Station' bus stop. Ride for about 5 minutes and get off at 'Lotte Hotel Seoul'. From there, walk straight for about 200 meters along Sogong-ro, and you will see the Hwangudan (Wongudan) Altar on your left.

If you are already in the Myeongdong area, simply walk towards the intersection of Myeongdong and Sogong-ro. Head west on Sogong-ro for approximately 600 meters. Hwangudan (Wongudan) Altar will be on your right, directly across from the Lotte Hotel.
