Car
If you're driving, start on the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1). Exit at Suwon Interchange and follow signs for Suwon city center. Take the first exit onto Ingye-ro. Follow Ingye-ro until you reach the intersection with Dongtan-ro. Turn left onto Dongtan-ro, then continue straight. After about 2 kilometers, turn right onto Buksu-dong road. Hwahongmun Gate (Buksumun) will be on your left at 33-4 Buksu-dong. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Hwahongmun Gate (Buksumun) by public transport, take Line 1 of the Seoul Subway to Suwon Station. Once you arrive at Suwon Station, exit the station and take bus number 11 or 13 from the bus stop outside the station. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Buksu-dong' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Hwahongmun Gate, located at 33-4 Buksu-dong. Just head straight along Buksu-dong road, and you will see the gate ahead.
