If you are in the Jungmun area, head south towards the coast until you reach the main road, Seogwipo Coastal Road. Once you reach the road, turn left (east) and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass various shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to Seogwi-dong, as you will be getting closer to Lee Jung Seop Street. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you should see a sign for Lee Jung Seop Street on your right.

From the Jungmun Tourist Complex, you can take bus number 600 or 780 towards Seogwipo. The bus ride will typically take around 30 minutes, and the fare is approximately 2,000 KRW. Get off at the Seogwi-dong bus stop. After getting off the bus, walk north for about 10 minutes until you reach Lee Jung Seop Street. You will pass through a small park and see local shops lining the streets as you approach your destination.

If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jungmun to Lee Jung Seop Street. The fare should be around 10,000 to 15,000 KRW depending on the starting point and traffic conditions. Just tell the driver 'Lee Jung Seop Street' or show them the address: Seogwi-dong, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do. The taxi ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
