Car
If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Seoraksan National Park. Take the 46 (National Route 46) towards Goseong. Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach Goseong-gun. Look for signs directing you to Goseong Unification Observation Tower. The address is 481 Geumgangsan-ro, Hyeonnae-myeon, Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do. There is parking available at the observation tower.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal to Goseong. Buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Goseong, you can take a local taxi to Goseong Unification Observation Tower, which is about a 15-minute drive away. Expect to pay around 10,000 KRW for the taxi fare.
