The observatory is located approximately 30 kilometers from the city center of Yanggu. Follow local roads and look for signs directing you to Haean-myeon. There is parking available on-site, but it may incur a small fee.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Yanggu Bus Terminal to Haean-myeon. The buses typically run every 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Haean-myeon, you will need to take a taxi for the final 10 kilometers to Eulji Observatory. Taxi fares vary, but expect to pay around 15,000 KRW for the ride. Make sure to inform the driver to take you to Eulji Observatory.

For those who are already near Haean-myeon and prefer to walk, the observatory is about a 30-minute walk from the center of Haean-myeon.
