If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Seoraksan National Park. Head east on the road leading out of the park. Continue for about 15 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach the junction for Inje. Turn left onto Route 46. After about 10 kilometers, you will see signs for Yongdae-ri. Turn right onto Yongdae-ri road. Continue for 2 kilometers and you will arrive at the Yondaeri Maebawi Artificial Waterfall, located at 1719 Yongdae-ri, Buk-myeon, Inje-gun, Gangwon-do. There is a parking area available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

Public Transportation
To reach Yondaeri Maebawi Artificial Waterfall using public transportation, first, take a bus from Seoraksan National Park to Inje. Buses run frequently from the park entrance to Inje bus terminal. Once at the Inje bus terminal, transfer to a local bus heading towards Yongdae-ri. Buses to Yongdae-ri may not run as frequently, so it is advisable to check the schedule ahead of time. After approximately 30 minutes on the local bus, get off at the Yongdae-ri stop. From there, the waterfall is a short 10-minute walk. Follow the signs leading to the waterfall.
