If you're driving, head towards Seoraksan National Park from Sokcho. Use the main road, National Route 7, and follow the signs for Seoraksan National Park. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you may need to pay an entrance fee (around 3,000 KRW for adults). After entering the park, navigate to the Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion by following the signs for 'Yeonggeumjeong' which is approximately 10 kilometers from the entrance. The road is well-marked, and there are parking facilities available near the pavilion.

To reach Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion via public transportation, take a bus from Sokcho. The Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal has buses running regularly to Seoraksan National Park. Look for buses heading to 'Seoraksan' or 'Yeonggeumjeong.' The fare is approximately 2,000 KRW. Once you reach the park entrance, you can either walk to the pavilion, which is about a 30-minute hike from the entrance, or catch a local shuttle bus if available. Be sure to check the bus schedules for return trips.
