If you are driving from Seoraksan National Park, head southeast on the 46 road towards Yangyang. Continue straight for about 16 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the 7 road. Turn right onto 7 road and follow the signs for Naksan Beach. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will arrive at Naksan Beach. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a small fee.

From Seoraksan National Park, take a bus from the Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal to Yangyang. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once in Yangyang, transfer to bus number 9 or 12, which will take you directly to Naksan Beach. The bus fare from Sokcho to Yangyang is typically around 2,500 KRW, and the fare for the local bus to Naksan Beach is approximately 1,000 KRW.
