If you're starting from a popular area like Myeongdong, board the subway at Myeongdong Station and head towards Gangnam Station. Alight at Hongdae (Hongik Univ.) Station after 6 stops. Once you arrive at Hongdae Station, follow the signs to Exit 1.

After exiting Hongdae Station, you will need to find the bus stop for the 'Bongwon-dong' bus. From Exit 1, walk straight for about 50 meters until you find the bus stop on your left. Look for Bus Number 5714, which will take you directly to Bongwon-dong. Make sure to board the bus and enjoy the ride, which will take approximately 20 minutes.

Once the bus reaches Bongwon-dong, get off at the Bongwon-dong stop. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 150 meters until you see a sign for Bongwonsa Bangjiwondo. The entrance is located slightly to the left in a picturesque garden area. Follow the path that leads you into the garden, and you will find Bongwonsa Bangjiwondo, a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature.
