To reach Cheonggye Plaza by subway, take Line 1 (the blue line) or Line 5 (the purple line) to Jonggak Station. If you are on Line 1, exit at Jonggak Station and follow the signs towards Exit 3. After exiting, walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will see the Cheonggye Plaza on your right. If you are on Line 5, exit at the same station and follow the same instructions.

If you prefer to take a bus, you can board any bus that stops at Cheonggye Plaza. Bus routes such as 101, 150, 262, and 7016 have stops nearby. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the bus you plan to take. Once you arrive, look for signs pointing towards the plaza, which is located at 148 Seorin-dong, Jongno District.

If you are already in the area, walking to Cheonggye Plaza is a pleasant option. From Gwanghwamun Square, head east towards Cheonggyecheon Stream. Cross over the stream, and you will find yourself in Seorin-dong. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Cheonggye Plaza at 148 Seorin-dong, Jongno District.
