After exiting at City Hall Station, head out of Exit 6 and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will see DongHwa Dutyfree on your left at 149 Sejong-daero.

You can take any bus that stops at City Hall, such as Bus 1, 2, or 5. Once you get off at City Hall, walk towards the City Hall building, and then proceed straight down Sejong-daero for about 5 minutes. DongHwa Dutyfree will be located on your left side at number 149.
