Subway
If you are near a subway station, find the nearest station and take Line 1 (the blue line) towards Seodongtan. Get off at City Hall Station (시청역). Use Exit 4, which will take you to the street level. Once you exit, walk straight for about 5 minutes towards the Cheonggyecheon Stream. The Korea Tourism Organization Seoul Center is located at 40 Cheonggyecheon-ro, on your right side.

Bus
Locate a nearby bus stop and take any bus heading towards City Hall or Dongdaemun. Look for bus numbers 1, 2, 5, 10, or 63. Alight at the City Hall Bus Stop. From there, walk towards Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is a short 5-minute walk. You will see the Korea Tourism Organization Seoul Center at 40 Cheonggyecheon-ro on your right.

If you are already in the Jung District and prefer walking, head towards Cheonggyecheon Stream. Look for the stream entrance, and you can walk along the waterway. As you walk, keep an eye out for the Korea Tourism Organization Seoul Center, which is located at 40 Cheonggyecheon-ro. It will be on your right side as you approach the area.
