From Incheon Station, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Seoul Station. It will take approximately 40 minutes to reach Seoul Station. Once you arrive at Seoul Station, transfer to Line 4 (the light blue line) and head towards Dongdaemun Station. After 4 stops, get off at City Hall Station. Use Exit 5 to exit the station, and you will find yourself facing the Seoul City Hall at 110 Sejong-daero.

From Incheon Bus Terminal, take Bus No. 6011, which will take you directly to City Hall. The journey should take about 1 hour and 10 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the City Hall stop. As you disembark, you will see Seoul City Hall directly in front of you.
