Subway

From Incheon Station, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Seoul Station. It will take approximately 40 minutes to reach Seoul Station. Once you arrive at Seoul Station, transfer to Line 4 (the light blue line) and head towards Dongdaemun Station. After 4 stops, get off at City Hall Station. Use Exit 5 to exit the station, and you will find yourself facing the Seoul City Hall at 110 Sejong-daero.
Bus

From Incheon Bus Terminal, take Bus No. 6011, which will take you directly to City Hall. The journey should take about 1 hour and 10 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the City Hall stop. As you disembark, you will see Seoul City Hall directly in front of you.
Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Incheon. Simply tell the driver 'Seoul City Hall' or show them the address 110 Sejong-daero, Jung District, Seoul. The ride will take around 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.
