Myeongdong Night Market: A Culinary Wonderland

Getting There

• Subway

  If you are near a subway station, take Line 4 (the light blue line) and head towards Myeongdong Station. After boarding the train, ride for several stops and disembark at Myeongdong Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'Exit 6'. After exiting, you will find yourself on the main street of Myeongdong, where the night market is located. The market is just a short walk away, filled with vibrant stalls and food vendors.

• Bus

  If you prefer to take the bus, check for bus routes that stop at Myeongdong. Popular buses to take include the 401 and 402. Board the bus and pay your fare using a T-money card or cash (if applicable). Keep an eye on the bus stops, and disembark at the Myeongdong stop. From there, walk towards the Myeongdong Shopping Street, where the night market is bustling with activity.

• Walking

  If you are already in the vicinity of Myeongdong, simply walk towards Chungmuro 2(i)-ga, Jung District, where the night market is located. Look for signs directing you to Myeongdong. The area is pedestrian-friendly, and you will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere as you approach the market.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route or are carrying luggage, you can take a taxi. Simply show the driver the address: 8-3 Chungmuro 2(i)-ga, Jung District, Seoul. The taxi will drop you off near the entrance of the Myeongdong Night Market. Remember to have some cash or a T-money card ready for the fare.
