Experience Seochon Hanok Village

Getting There

  • Subway

    Start your journey by heading to the nearest subway station. If you are near Seoul Station, take Line 4 (the light blue line) towards Danggogae. Get off at the Gyeongbokgung Station (4 stops). Use Exit 2 to reach Gyeongbokgung Palace. From the palace, you can walk towards Seochon Hanok Village.

  • Walking

    Once you exit Gyeongbokgung Station, head straight towards the palace entrance. After enjoying the views, exit the palace and turn left. Walk down the street for about 5 minutes until you reach the main road. Cross the road, and take a right towards Tongui-dong. Continue walking for another 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Seochon Hanok Village located at 28-1 Tongui-dong, Jongno District.

  • Bus

    Alternatively, from Gyeongbokgung Station, you can catch bus number 7022 or 7016. Board the bus and get off at the Tongui-dong bus stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Seochon Hanok Village. Just follow the signs or ask locals for directions.
