Getting There

  • Car

    If you're traveling by car from anywhere in the Gwandong Region, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Express Highway 1) heading towards Seoul. Once you reach the city, follow the signs to the downtown area. Use the exit towards Samil-daero. Continue straight on Samil-daero until you reach the entrance of Namsan Mountain Park located at 231 Samil-daero, Jung District, Seoul. There is parking available at the park, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    For public transportation, you can take a bus to Namsan Mountain Park. From central Gwandong area, board a bus heading towards Seoul and get off at the 'Sungnyemun' bus stop. From there, transfer to Bus 02 or 03, which will take you directly to the entrance of Namsan Mountain Park. The bus fare will depend on the distance traveled, but expect to pay around 1,200 KRW.

  • Public Transportation (Subway)

    If you prefer to use the subway, first take the subway line from Gwandong to Seoul Station. Once at Seoul Station, transfer to Line 4 (the blue line) and get off at Myungdong Station.
