If you are in the center of Jangan-gu, head towards Hwaseo-dong. Look for signs pointing towards Paldal-gu as Seobukgangnu is located there. Walk along the main street, and you will eventually reach Hwaseo-dong. The Northwestern Pavilion is located at 26-58 Hwaseo-dong, which should be visible on your right as you approach.

Find the nearest bus stop in Jangan-gu. Board a bus that heads towards Paldal-gu. You can ask locals or check the bus schedule for specific routes that pass by Hwaseo-dong. Once onboard, notify the driver that you want to get off at Hwaseo-dong. The cost for a bus ticket is approximately 1,200 KRW, which you can pay with cash or a transportation card.
