You can take the bus number 21 from the nearest bus stop at Playa del Postiguet. The bus will take you closer to the Castillo de Santa Bárbara. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary throughout the day. The fare is approximately 1.45 euros.

If you prefer a more scenic route, you can take the funicular railway from the base of the castle (located at the foot of the hill). The funicular operates frequently throughout the day and costs around 2.70 euros for a round trip. This will take you directly to the top of the hill where you can access Patio de Armas.
