Start at Plaza Alta, a central square in Badajoz. From Plaza Alta, head southwest on Calle de Menacho towards Calle de la Soledad. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Cruz. Turn left onto Calle de la Cruz and walk for about 300 meters. You will come to a roundabout. Take the first exit onto Avenida de la Libertad. Continue walking straight for approximately 600 meters. You will see the entrance to the Alcazaba on your right. As you explore the Alcazaba, make your way towards the northern part of the structure. The Calle Joaquín Rojas Gallardo Curtain Wall is located within the Alcazaba complex, so ensure you are inside the fortress area. Once inside, follow the signs directing you to the various walls and viewpoints.
