Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the city center (Plaza Moyúa), head south towards Gran Vía. Continue straight to reach the intersection with Calle de la Diputación and turn left. Walk straight until you reach Plaza Circular, where you will see the tram stop. Take the tram Line 1 towards Etxebarri and get off at the 'Abando' stop. From there, exit the station and walk towards the river, following the signs to the 'Ría de Bilbao'. After crossing the river, continue along the riverside path until you reach the Parque de Areatza. Areatzako Iturria is located within this park.

Starting from the Abando metro station, take Line 1 (the green line) towards the 'Etxebarri' direction. Get off at the 'San Mames' station. From San Mames, exit the station and head towards the riverbank. Turn right and walk along the Ría de Bilbao until you reach the area of Ibaiondo. Areatzako Iturria is located in the park area close to the river.

From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop and take Bus Line 38 towards Ibaiondo. Get off at the 'Ibaiondo' stop. From there, walk towards the river and follow the path along the water. Keep walking straight until you enter Parque de Areatza, where Areatzako Iturria is located.
