Park in one of the nearby parking garages (note that parking fees may apply, typically ranging from €2 to €3 per hour). Apollo Fountain is located at Paseo del Prado, s/n, which is a short walk from the parking area.

From the Camino de Santiago area, look for a local bus that goes to the nearest train station. Once at the station, take a train to Madrid. Upon arriving at Madrid's main train station (Atocha or Chamartín), you can use the metro. Take Line 1 (the light blue line) towards Valdecarros and change at Atocha to Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at the 'Banco de España' station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Apollo Fountain along Paseo del Prado. Follow the signs towards the Museo del Prado, and you will find the fountain in the nearby gardens.
