If you are near a metro station, take Line 2 (the red line) towards Cuatro Caminos. Get off at the 'Banco de España' station. Once you exit the station, head towards the Plaza de Cibeles, which is about a 10-minute walk. Walk down Paseo del Prado until you reach the intersection with Calle de Alcalá. Turn left onto Calle de Alcalá and continue straight until you see the grand Palacio de Cibeles ahead. The viewpoint is located on the top floor of the building.

You can take several bus lines to get to Plaza de Cibeles. Look for bus numbers 27, 40, or 53. Board the bus and get off at the 'Cibeles' stop. From there, the Palacio de Cibeles is right in front of you. Enter the building and take the elevator to the viewpoint.

If you are already in the Retiro area, you can easily walk to the Palacio de Cibeles. Start from the Retiro Park entrance on Paseo de la República Argentina. Walk north on Paseo de la República Argentina until you reach the intersection with Paseo del Prado. Turn left onto Paseo del Prado and continue until you reach Plaza de Cibeles, where the Palacio de Cibeles is located.
