Once you arrive at Sant Feliu de Guíxols, exit the station and look for the local bus service (Line 1) that heads towards Palamós. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for Platja Gran de Palamós, which is located near Passeig del Mar.

The bus service is operated by Sarfa and runs regularly throughout the day. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Palamós, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk: head south towards the coast along Carrer del Mar until you reach Passeig del Mar, where Platja Gran de Palamós is located.

For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Girona. Start by heading towards the Via Verde (Greenway) path, which is well-marked and leads to the coastal area.
