From the Girona Bus Station (Estació d'Autobusos de Girona), take the Sarfa bus line to Palamós. The bus departs regularly, so check the schedule for the next available bus. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Calonge - Torre Valentina'. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes towards the coast. Follow the signs towards Urb. Torre Valentina, and you will arrive at the beach area.

From Girona, take the train from 'Girona' train station to 'Caldes de Malavella' on the R11 line. The train ride is about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Caldes de Malavella', transfer to a local bus (Sarfa) heading towards Palamós. Get off at the 'Calonge - Torre Valentina' stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Urb. Torre Valentina.
