From Girona, head to the Estació d'Autobusos (Bus Station), located at Carrer Pau Casals, 1. Look for the SARFA bus service that operates to Palamós. Purchase a ticket to Palamós from the ticket counter or the machine. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Palamós bus station, exit the station and head south on Carrer de la Costa Brava. Continue straight until you reach Carrer Ametlla de Mar. The Faro Palamós will be located at number 39, just a short walk from the bus station.

From Girona, take the train from Estació de Girona to the nearest train station, which is in Palafrugell. Trains can be caught from the Girona train station located at Carrer de la Estació. After arriving in Palafrugell, exit the train station and walk to the nearby bus stop. Take the local bus to Palamós. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Once in Palamós, walk along Carrer de la Costa Brava and turn onto Carrer Ametlla de Mar. The Faro will be located at number 39.
