If you're near the Gran Vía metro station, take Line 1 (the light blue line) towards Valdecarros. Get off at the next station, 'Tribunal'. From Tribunal, transfer to Line 10 (the dark blue line) and head towards Puerta del Sur. Get off at the next stop, 'Noviciado'.
