From the Plaza de La Latina, head east along Calle de La Cava Baja. After a short walk, take a right onto Calle de los Cuchilleros. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de la Paja. The Chapel of Our Lady and of Saint John of Letrán is located at Pl. de la Paja, 5, just off the square. The walk should take around 10-15 minutes.
