Metro
If you are near a metro station, take Line 1 (the light blue line) towards Valdecarros. You will need to change trains at the "Antón Martín" station. At Antón Martín, transfer to Line 3 (the green line) and head towards Villaverde Alto. Get off at "Lavapiés" station. From Lavapiés, it's about a 10-minute walk to Plaza Paja. Exit the station and head northwest on Calle de Lavapiés, then turn left onto Calle de Argumosa and continue straight until you reach Plaza Paja.

Look for a nearby bus stop and take bus number 65, which travels towards the "Plaza Mayor". Get off at the "Calle de Toledo" stop. From there, walk towards Calle de Toledo and turn left onto Calle de la Ronda de Toledo. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Paja, which is a small square located just off Calle de la Ronda de Toledo.
