Car
From the center of Anuradhapura, head southeast on Anuradhapura - Mihintale Rd (A9). Continue on this road for approximately 10 km. As you approach Mihintale, look for the sign for Kaludiya Pokuna on your left. Turn left onto Kaludiya Pokuna Rd and follow the road for about 2 km. The entrance to Kaludiya Pokuna will be on your right. There is usually no entry fee, but parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation
Take a bus from Anuradhapura to Mihintale. Buses leave regularly from the Anuradhapura bus station, and the fare is quite economical (around LKR 50). Once you reach Mihintale, you can either walk or take a tuk-tuk to Kaludiya Pokuna. The tuk-tuk ride will cost about LKR 200-300 and will take approximately 10 minutes. Ensure to inform the driver that you are going to Kaludiya Pokuna.
