If you are in the central area of Hikkaduwa, start by heading south on Galle Rd (the main coastal road). Continue walking along Galle Rd until you reach the intersection with Matara Rd. This should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you reach Matara Rd, turn left and continue for about 1 kilometer. The Martin Wickramasinghe Folk Museum will be on your right, just past several local shops and restaurants.
