If you're driving to the Photo location with the wind power station, start by ensuring you are in Horton Plains National Park. From the park entrance, head towards the main road (A7). Take the A7 road heading north for approximately 15 kilometers. Look for signposts directing you to Nuwara Eliya. After reaching Nuwara Eliya, continue on the A7 for about 3 kilometers until you reach the coordinates VRW3+G4, which is the location of the wind power station. Parking may be available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach the Photo location using public transportation, first, make your way to the closest bus station in Horton Plains National Park. From there, take a bus heading towards Nuwara Eliya. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Nuwara Eliya, you may need to walk or take a tuk-tuk to reach the exact coordinates at VRW3+G4, which is about 3 kilometers from the bus station. Ensure you have some cash on hand for the tuk-tuk fare, which may cost around 200-300 LKR.

If you're already in Horton Plains National Park and prefer to walk, it is recommended to take a guided tour or follow marked trails that lead towards the main road. Once you reach the A7 road, you can walk north towards Nuwara Eliya. The distance is approximately 15 kilometers, so be prepared for a long walk, and bring plenty of water and snacks. This option is best for those who enjoy hiking and have ample time.
