From Horton Plains National Park, exit the park and head west on the A7 highway towards Nuwara Eliya. Continue driving on the A7 for approximately 22 kilometers until you reach the town of Hakgala. Look for signs directing you to the Hakgala Botanical Garden. The garden is located on the Peradeniya-Badulla-Chenkaladi Highway (WRGC+JJJ). The trip should take around 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Be aware that there may be parking fees upon arrival.
