From the main entrance of Horton Plains National Park, head towards Pattipola. Follow the signs towards Nuwara Eliya on the A7 road. Continue on A7 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction for Kande Ela Road. Turn left onto Kande Ela Road and follow it for about 3 kilometers. Kande Ela Educational Forest Park will be on your right side. There is no entry fee for the park, but parking may be available near the entrance.

From Horton Plains National Park, take a bus or tuk-tuk to Pattipola. Buses are available at the main entrance and typically run every hour. The fare is approximately 50-100 LKR.
