Car (Personal Vehicle)
From Horton Plains National Park, exit the park and drive towards Nuwara Eliya on the A7 road. Continue on the A7 for approximately 23 km until you reach the town of Nuwara Eliya. From Nuwara Eliya, take the B2 road towards Kandy, which will lead you to the A1 highway. Follow the A1 for about 65 km until you see signs for Nittambuwa. Turn onto the B40 road, and after approximately 10 km, you will arrive at Horagolla National Park, located at coordinates 7.141887, 80.08331129999999.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Horton Plains, you will first need to take a bus back to Nuwara Eliya. Catch a local bus from the Horton Plains bus stop to Nuwara Eliya (approximately 30 minutes). Once in Nuwara Eliya, switch to a bus heading to Colombo via the A1 highway. Get off at the Nittambuwa bus stop, which should take about 2 hours. From Nittambuwa, you can take a tuk-tuk or a local bus to Horagolla National Park, which is roughly a 15-minute ride.
