Start at the Jaffna Fort, which is centrally located in Jaffna. Exit the fort and head southeast on Hospital Road towards Jaffna Central Market. After approximately 400 meters, you'll reach the market area. Continue straight for another 300 meters until you reach the main road (Jaffna - Point Pedro Road). Turn left onto this road, and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs pointing towards Dutch Fort. The fort is located on the left side of the road, just past the intersection with M265.

Rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Jaffna. Start at Jaffna Fort and cycle along Hospital Road heading southeast. Continue to Jaffna Central Market, then turn left onto the Jaffna - Point Pedro Road. Pedal straight for about 1 kilometer.
