Walking
If you are in the Kandy city center, start by heading towards the Kandy Lake. Walk along the lake until you reach the Kandy Municipal Council on your left. From there, continue straight on the main road until you see a sign for Havelock Road. Turn left onto Havelock Road and walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will see Galway's Land National Park on your right-hand side. The entrance is clearly marked.

To get to Galway's Land National Park by tuk-tuk, find a tuk-tuk stand in the city center near the Kandy Market. Tell the driver you want to go to Galway's Land National Park on Havelock Road. The journey should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the park entrance will be on your right.

From the Kandy Bus Station, take a bus heading towards Nuwara Eliya. Make sure to ask the conductor to drop you off at the closest stop to Havelock Road. After getting off, walk along Havelock Road for about 500 meters. You will find Galway's Land National Park on your right side. Be sure to check the bus schedules, as they may vary.
