Getting There

  • Tuk-Tuk

    From Kandy city center, find a tuk-tuk stand, which are commonly located near major attractions like the Kandy Lake or the Temple of the Tooth. Inform the driver that you want to go to Hindagala Rajamaha Viharaya. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The driver may take the B224 road, passing through a few local neighborhoods before reaching Hindagala. Once you arrive, the temple will be visible from the road.
